1.New Product or Business Launch - Free Example and Writing Tips


Hello everyone, I am here today to present to you all, our upcoming launch for (name of the new project or business) which is (now explain what this business is to be). Many of you are already aware that we have been working hard over the past (X months/year) to be able to get to where we are today and be ready to move forward with this exciting new venture. I will be (introduce what your role will be in the launch) and during this period, which we estimate will unfold over the next (6 months/1 year), we will be aiming to reach our proposed sales targets such as (Here start to elaborate a little about the goals you wish to achieve over the next coming months or covering the entire year ahead by breaking things down point by point). We are well aware of the current, economic difficulties present within our sector and this will mean that we need to get extra creative and aggressive in our sales methods and marketing ideas such as (list ideas that you already have in mind). Tough times are for us to get tougher and not use the current climate as a negative block but rather an energising spring board for new ideas with our new company. I don't want any of you to feel that you are not able to ask questions or make some smart suggestions and I truly welcome any helpful ideas that any of you might have so please feel free to ask me now or if you prefer in private after the meeting I will really appreciate the fast thinking! We are launching a new (brand/company/idea) which we are hoping to be able to capture a new audience with. Yes there will be pressure on our finances this (year) but we have studied this in depth with our accounting managers (name of person/s) and we feel satisfied that this initial imbalance and pressure will be swiftly overcome to produce a far greater success in the long run. So for this initial period, we will be asking each and every one of you to budget wisely and company expenses will be tightly monitored, this is something that I hope you will all understand and stand behind us on. So enough from me, I will pass the floor over to our (Marketing Manager, Jeff) who will outline a few of our strategic moves we will be deploying over the next (8 weeks/3 months) so that we all have a clear view of what is going to be happening in the company during this exciting launch period. 2. Welcome someone into a company, association –

(Good Morning) Members, Thank you all for coming and joining us here today. We are pleased to be able to welcome those of you that have been with us for some time now as well as those of you who are new to our (group/community/association etc.). Today marks our (5th) (annual) group meeting and we are very proud to be able to host it today here at (location) with all of you. Just before we get started, I would like to express my gratitude to all of you who so generously helped us make this event come together smoothly, (names of individuals you wish to thank here) we couldn't have done it without you! In today's gathering I would like to focus on all our new volunteers whom have joined us since (January 2011 etc.). You have all chosen to be a part of our association because of our mutual passion for (subject matter relative to the association). Your passions help us all to come together as one and the energy we create as one allows us to achieve our individual as well as group goals. We need you as much as you need us and this is why we are so happy to have you join us here at (name of association). During the next few months, you will be getting to know more about our different initiatives through our planned activities and special events where you will be able to join in and get your very own hands on experiences. I hope that these will prove to be memorable and fulfilling for you... These are of course not the only things that are important here to us - you will also be meeting lots of new people and making new friends along the way. Here at (name of association) we value and cherish the friendships we make as they more often than not prove to be formed on a strong common ground which in turn makes them last for many many, years to come! Well I think that I have gone on long enough, I need to leave some time for (name) to introduce himself to all of you and fill you in on some of our up coming (activities/projects) before you all get too bored today! 3. How to Write an Wonderful Thanksgiving

Well, I would like to say a few words if I may. We are all here today, friends and family, to give thanks as our forefathers did so long ago. This yearly tradition is one of my favorites because it brings us all together, makes us stop our daily lives to spend the (afternoon) together over some good food, some good wine and lots of good company! We are all so busy with our daily lives, our jobs, our friends and loved ones, that there are not that many occasions that we get, to get together as a family, but this is one of them and it's my favorite one! Its one of those holidays we love to prepare as a team and chip in with our different recipes and add-ins that we each want to include to make the meal that extra little bit more special! So today, with us all gathered here, I hope that we can make it through the day without any major arguments...Thanksgiving seems to bring out the best in us, whether it is because we have all come together and aren't used to each other's intense company or that we are all just simply hungry! I like to think that the reason for misunderstandings on Thanksgiving is just because we are all so hungry! ...Right?! So on that note,...as we are all very hungry, with all those great smells coming out of the kitchen and great dishes already laid out before us in this wonderful spread on the table, we need to shift our focus to enjoy the meaning of this holiday! So before we dig in, dear family of mine, thank you for this day, thank you for each other, thank you for making this day what it is and thank you for all of you just being you!

4. How to Write a Inspirational Graduation Speech -

Ladies and Gentlemen: We would like to welcome you all here today for our (name of event) and wish to thank you all for your support. This is a traditional day for us here at (name of university etc.), we have been proud to hold this diploma presentation ceremony for our students since (1935). Each year, those graduating receive their final step in their chosen studies, enabling them to now use their newfound knowledge and experience to further their professional career. We have (5) different categories to present today that are: (list the names of the different categories). I am honoured to be able to present these diplomas today to you all, I (explain some of your history, why you are able to be presenting today) and I am here today on behalf of (state if you are representing a particular company/organisation). We will start the (afternoon) off with the (name of) category. I would like to present this to (Mr. Michael M. Smith/Miss X.), from (city/state or country), who has earned this diploma through (his/her) hard work, dedication to learning and enthusiasm for the subject during the (3 year) course to achieve beyond what was expected of (him/her) at the beginning of (2008) when (he/she) first begun (his/her) studies here at (name of university etc.). (Michael/Miss X.) has demonstrated some very unique qualities during (his/her) time here with us, (he/she) has the ability to (here you might like to add some of his special qualifications which make the person stand out). These talents have not only helped (him/her) through his journey of study but have also shown how (he/she) is able to be an involved and well-liked member of the community here at (Name of University) as many of (his/her) friends have shared with me some of (his/her) special personal attributes such as (list a few here). On that note, would (Michael/Miss X) please come forward. (Wait until the person is in front of you, present the diploma and read the heading and title out loud as you present it to them).
