5 Minute Speech On Women Empowerment

Good Morning to all the people present here. Special regards to the principal, teachers & friends. I am here today to deliver a speech on women’s empowerment. Let me start this speech by thanking you all for honouring me with this valuable opportunity.

Someone has correctly said, “A woman is like a tea bag—you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.” We should include them in every opportunity so that they can give their best for the community, society, and country.

If we look at history, we will notice that women have set an example in different fields. But if we observe present conditions, we will discover that women have several limitations on them. Women empowerment is the process of retrieving their true rights and giving them their proper place and recognition in the society.

This is unfortunate that women get little or no appreciation despite being talented. In male-dominated societies, women are treated as non-existent. They are still not allowed to pursue higher education and professional life. They can’t contribute to decision-making for their family.

As human beings, they also hold a similar weight as men. So it is a wake-up call for us to empower women. They should not be maltreated anymore. Women empowerment is like a ray of hope for women to bring them to the place to which they are entitled. It will strengthen their willpower.

In our country, women’s empowerment is an issue of conversation only. In other countries, women and girls are self-dependent and they can make their own decisions and also can take responsibility. And this is a reason for those countries to fall into the bucket of developed ones.

Women can contribute to assisting the country as they are the ones who understand the meaning of responsibility. They perform well in almost every aspect of life. Our country is among those which are less secure for females. There is a need for women’s empowerment so that they can take a stand for their rights.

There are a lot of methods to empower women. We should take part in encouraging women and girls in our society. We can allow them for almost every field that she is prevented from. Women’s education should be made necessary so that women can become literate enough to live their life to full.

Child marriage must be prevented and a huge punishment should be inflicted if someone is found involved in it. The government should spread awareness about this among people and encourage them to behave well with their daughters. Girls and women must get provided with free training on how to defend themselves and face problems boldly.

In the final words, I want to say that women’s empowerment is a required demand for a better future of the country and to portray the best picture. We don’t have to do much but bring back their proper place. Having a lot of initiatives, our country is still lacking behind in women’s empowerment. We all can make it possible by taking part in encouraging and supporting our girls and women.

There is a lot to say but time is a limited resource & we should respect it. At last, I want to thank you all again for having me this valuable opportunity.

મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ પર 5 મિનિટનું ભાષણ

અહીં હાજર તમામ લોકોને શુભ સવાર. આચાર્ય, શિક્ષકો અને મિત્રોને વિશેષ સાદર. હું આજે અહીં મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ પર ભાષણ આપવા આવી છું. મને આ અમૂલ્ય તક આપવા બદલ આપ સૌનો આભાર માનીને હું આ ભાષણની શરૂઆત કરું છું.

કોઈએ સાચું કહ્યું છે કે, "સ્ત્રી ચાની થેલી જેવી છે - જ્યાં સુધી તમે તેને ગરમ પાણીમાં ન નાખો ત્યાં સુધી તે કેટલી મજબૂત છે તે તમે કહી શકતા નથી." આપણે તેમને દરેક તકમાં સામેલ કરવા જોઈએ જેથી કરીને તેઓ સમુદાય, સમાજ અને દેશ માટે પોતાનું સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ આપી શકે.

ઈતિહાસ પર નજર કરીએ તો જોવા મળશે કે મહિલાઓએ વિવિધ ક્ષેત્રોમાં દાખલો બેસાડ્યો છે. પરંતુ જો આપણે હાલની પરિસ્થિતિઓનું અવલોકન કરીએ છીએ, તો આપણે જાણીશું કે સ્ત્રીઓ પર ઘણી મર્યાદાઓ છે. મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ  એ તેમના સાચા અધિકારોને પુનઃપ્રાપ્ત કરવાની અને તેમને સમાજમાં તેમનું યોગ્ય સ્થાન અને ઓળખ આપવાની પ્રક્રિયા છે.

આ દુર્ભાગ્યપૂર્ણ છે કે પ્રતિભાશાળી હોવા છતાં મહિલાઓને ઓછી કે કોઈ પ્રશંસા મળતી નથી. પુરૂષ-પ્રધાન સમાજમાં, સ્ત્રીઓને અવિદ્યમાન તરીકે ગણવામાં આવે છે. તેમને હજુ પણ ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ અને વ્યાવસાયિક જીવન જીવવાની મંજૂરી નથી. તેઓ તેમના પરિવાર માટે નિર્ણય લેવામાં યોગદાન આપી શકતા નથી.

મનુષ્ય તરીકે, તેઓ પણ પુરુષો જેટલું જ વજન ધરાવે છે. તેથી મહિલાઓને સશક્ત બનાવવા માટે તે અમારા માટે જાગૃતિનો કોલ છે. હવે તેમની સાથે દુર્વ્યવહાર થવો જોઈએ નહીં. મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ એ મહિલાઓ માટે આશાના કિરણ સમાન છે જે તેમને તે સ્થાન સુધી પહોંચાડે છે જેનો તેઓ હકદાર છે. તે તેમની ઇચ્છાશક્તિને મજબૂત કરશે.

આપણા દેશમાં મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ માત્ર વાતચીતનો મુદ્દો છે. અન્ય દેશોમાં, સ્ત્રીઓ અને છોકરીઓ સ્વ-નિર્ભર છે અને તેઓ પોતાના નિર્ણયો લઈ શકે છે અને જવાબદારી પણ લઈ શકે છે. અને આ તે દેશો માટે વિકસિત દેશોની ડોલમાં આવવાનું એક કારણ છે.

મહિલાઓ દેશને મદદ કરવામાં યોગદાન આપી શકે છે કારણ કે તેઓ જ જવાબદારીનો અર્થ સમજે છે. તેઓ જીવનના લગભગ દરેક પાસામાં સારું પ્રદર્શન કરે છે. આપણો દેશ એવા દેશોમાં છે જે મહિલાઓ માટે ઓછા સુરક્ષિત છે. મહિલા સશક્તિકરણની જરૂર છે જેથી તેઓ તેમના અધિકારો માટે સ્ટેન્ડ લઈ શકે.

મહિલાઓને સશક્ત બનાવવા માટે ઘણી બધી પદ્ધતિઓ છે. આપણે આપણા સમાજમાં મહિલાઓ અને છોકરીઓને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવામાં ભાગ લેવો જોઈએ. અમે તેમને લગભગ દરેક ક્ષેત્ર માટે પરવાનગી આપી શકીએ છીએ જેમાંથી તેણીને અટકાવવામાં આવી છે. મહિલા શિક્ષણ જરૂરી બનાવવું જોઈએ જેથી કરીને મહિલાઓ પોતાનું જીવન સંપૂર્ણ રીતે જીવી શકે તેટલી સાક્ષર બની શકે.

બાળલગ્ન અટકાવવા જોઈએ અને જો કોઈ તેમાં સંડોવાયેલું જણાય તો તેને મોટી સજા થવી જોઈએ. સરકારે લોકોમાં આ અંગે જાગૃતિ ફેલાવવી જોઈએ અને તેમને તેમની દીકરીઓ સાથે સારું વર્તન કરવા પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા જોઈએ. છોકરીઓ અને મહિલાઓએ પોતાનો બચાવ કેવી રીતે કરવો અને હિંમતભેર સમસ્યાઓનો સામનો કેવી રીતે કરવો તેની મફત તાલીમ આપવી જોઈએ.

અંતિમ શબ્દોમાં, હું કહેવા માંગુ છું કે દેશના સારા ભવિષ્ય માટે અને શ્રેષ્ઠ ચિત્રને રજૂ કરવા માટે મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ એ જરૂરી માંગ છે. અમારે ઘણું કરવાનું નથી પણ તેમનું યોગ્ય સ્થાન પાછું લાવવું પડશે. ઘણી પહેલો હોવા છતાં આપણો દેશ હજુ પણ મહિલા સશક્તિકરણમાં પાછળ નથી. અમે બધા અમારી છોકરીઓ અને મહિલાઓને પ્રોત્સાહિત અને સમર્થનમાં ભાગ લઈને તે શક્ય બનાવી શકીએ છીએ.

કહેવા માટે ઘણું છે પરંતુ સમય મર્યાદિત સ્ત્રોત છે અને આપણે તેનો આદર કરવો જોઈએ. અંતે, મને આ મૂલ્યવાન તક આપવા બદલ હું ફરીથી આપ સૌનો આભાર માનું છું.
